What should I do if my order is taking a long time to process?

Feel free to send me an email or a CuriousCat ask to see the status of your order! Some orders may take longer than others to package and ship depending on how big the order is, what is in it, or your location! Whatever the reason, I try to be as transparent as I can with updates and any issues with shipping!


If I want something and the pre-order has already ended, is it still possible for me to order it?

I am almost always open to chatting over email (or a CuriousCat suggestion) about opening more pre-orders for items - or depending on the item and in special circumstances you may contact me privately to order something outside of my shop if it is an item that you really want! However if pre-order items are recieved well, I never mind opening more pre-orders! 

Is it possible to order a pillow without stuffing?

In the past I was adament about giving an option for un-stuffed pillows (pillowcase only) due to the quality I would have liked to keep with the orders I fulfilled. However any future pillows after San Cat , Yunho Puppy , Raccoon Wooyoung , and Jongho Bear - will be available pre-stuffed but will also have a Pillow Case Only option. This option will not change the base price of the pillow, but may cut down on shipping prices!
